Je’Von Evans, formerly known as Jay Malachi, is coming to WWE NXT.
During NXT Stand & Deliver, a brief video package highlighted Je’Von Evans. He introduced himself to the fans. Evans stated that he was 19 years old, and he was ready to grind. The video featured highlights of Evans’ matches on NXT Level Up.
Evans said he was “bouncy” and told everyone that “The Young O.G.” was coming to NXT. Evans said he was coming to NXT on Tuesday, April 9.
Evans was formerly known as Jay Malachi on the independent scene. He competed for DEADLOCK Pro Wrestling and various promotions on the independent scene before he signed with WWE in November. Malachi debuted as Je’Von Evans at the NXT Level Up taping on February 6. Since then, he has been wrestling on NXT Level Up and at NXT live events.
