LA Knight is making the most out of the time he gets in WWE.
The former TNA World Champion is set to wrestle AJ Styles at WrestleMania 40, in a grudge match that has been months in the making.
Styles recently traveled to Australia just to cost LA Knight the Elimination Chamber match, and a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. This set up their bout to take place next week at WrestleMania 40. Speaking with Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald, LA Knight claimed that he loves for his storylines to make sense, such as his current feud with AJ Styles.
He also noted that he makes the most out of every moment he has on TV. He and AJ Styles will “squeeze the juice” out of every second they have together at WrestleMania 40.
“I love for things to make sense. So for something to take its time to progress and to make sense, that’s a big thing. But on top of that, also its just making the absolute most of whatever time you got. Do I have only 30 seconds to be on TV this week? Or do I have five minutes? Doesn’t matter! Whatever amount of time I have, I’m gonna squeeze the most amount of juice out of that moment I can.”
“That’s what I’ve been doing. AJ [Styles] I’m sure has been doing the same thing, and we’re trying to make the most of this as we go into it. WrestleMania then, whatever time we get there. Whether we get two minutes or we get an hour and two minutes, we are going to squeeze the juice out of that moment.”
AJ Styles Set For New Entrance Music For Match Versus LA Knight
Styles recently participated in a Fanatics Live (via Fightful) signing, where he was revealed some big news about his match against LA Knight.
The former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion hinted at a new entrance theme for WrestleMania 40. He called his current theme, which he has had since is debut in 2016, “freaking awesome”. However, he noted it doesn’t fit his current character.
“You will be surprised come WrestleMania when it comes to music,” Styles said. “Not to let the cat out of the bag. It’s big because my music is freaking awesome, but it doesn’t suit the AJ Styles people are seeing at this moment.”
