When asked about appearing more on the main roster, Trick Williams says we will have to wait and see.
Trick Williams has climbed the ranks in NXT recently, and he has become a fan-favorite star. He made a surprise appearance on the January 26 episode of WWE SmackDown, as he made the save when Grayson Waller and Austin Theory attacked Carmelo Hayes.
Speaking with Lucha Libre Online at a media event for “Love & WWE: Bianca & Montez”, Trick Williams was asked about potentially appearing on the main roster more.
“The ‘Whoop That Trick’ movement has begun,” Trick Williams said. “So we gotta wait and see. You never know. NXT Championship, Dusty Classic on Tuesday, me and my boy ‘Melo getting the work. We got a lot of good things in store.”
In the immediate future, Williams will be in action on the January 30 episode of NXT. He and Carmelo Hayes will take on The LWO in the semi-finals of the Men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Plus, Williams will face NXT Champion Ilja Draguniv in a title match at NXT Vengeance Day.
