CM Punk addresses Seth Rollins‘ hatred.
“The Best In The World” recently sat down with WWE correspondent Jackie Redmond for an exclusive interview on The Jackie Redmond Show via NHL. During the interview, Redmond asked Punk to weigh in on what he thinks the main reason is for why Seth Rollins “hates” him.
“Hmm, because I have been everywhere he has been and he hasn’t been everywhere I’ve been,” Punk said. “We’re probably too similar, that’s honestly the biggest thing I can think of is we’re very similar. The difference is, I can talk about my career and not have to mention him. He cannot talk about his career without mentioning me.
“So I understand where he’s coming from, I understand. I think he’s always felt like he was the little brother, and I’ve never tried to treat him that way. I’ve always tried to treat him like a peer, but some people you just can’t reach.”
CM Punk concluded, “He hates me. He hates me. Like Colorado Avalanche and Red Wings.”
Seth Rollins notably had an outburst caught on camera by fans when CM Punk returned to WWE at Survivor Series in November. The two then crossed paths with a promo segment on the December 11 episode of WWE RAW.
