Rey Fenix shares his excitement about being involved with Marvel’s Echo.
AEW star Rey Fenix served a spokesperson for Marvel’s Echo, the newest buzzworthy series on Disney Plus.
In an interview with Denise Salcedo, Rey Fenix was asked about his role.
“I feel great. This is a great opportunity. The Lucha Libre and myself we have to do this collaboration with Disney, with Marvel, with Echo, with one of the greatest shows. Great action, great drama. I’m very excited about it.”
When asked how he felt when he was asked to take on the role, Fenix made it clear that it felt amazing. He notd that it was a big step for his career.
“Incredible. I have no words to explain how I feel now,” he said. “It’s one of the biggest steps I’m doing on my career. For Lucha as well, right, now Lucha and Marvel are still having the click. Amazing. I feel really amazing.”
Rey Fenix On The Connection Between Marvel And Lucha Libre
Rey Fenix continued by noting that working with Marvel on Echo was a great opportunity. He also highlighted the “click” between Marvel and Lucha Libre.
“I think Echo, it’s one of the biggest opportunities, just in the beginning of the year,” Rey Fenix said. “Great history. The collaboration with Marvel, the Lucha Libre. It’s incredible. The click that they have, the Lucha Libre and Echo, that’s a special magic. I am very excited about it.”
