Jim Ross is returning to AEW.
Legendary broadcaster Jim Ross has been out for over a month. He took some time away to heal due to a wound in his leg, among other health issues. Ross has offered some updates on his podcast, but the timeline for his return has been unclear.
On the December 20 edition of AEW Control Center, Tony Schiavone confirmed that AEW will welcome back Jim Ross on Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite. He noted that the company and Ross will celebrate the holidays with JR, as they will deliver an action-packed show for the fans.
Wednesday will be a fitting occasion for JR’s return, as Dynamite will be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
