Four matches have been made official for next week’s WWE SmackDown.
The United States Championship #1 Contender’s tournament will continue with semi-finals action. Those matches will include Santos Escobar vs. Bobby Lashley and Carmelo Hayes vs. Kevin Owens. The winners will face each other at a later date to determine who will be the first to challenge United States Champion Logan Paul.
Additionally, Dragon Lee will return to SmackDown to defend his newly-won NXT North American Championship against Butch. This will take place just three days after Lee defends the title on the December 19 NXT.
Lastly, an eight-woman Holiday Havoc match will go down as Bianca Belair, Shotzi, Michin, and Zelina Vega will unite to take on Damage CTRL after weeks of encounters. The Kabuki Warriors defeated Michin and Vega on the December 15 SmackDown thanks to Bayley.
Below is the updated lineup for the December 22 SmackDown, which is being pre-taped on December 15 in Green Bay:
