Saturday’s AEW Full Gear pay-per-view will now include a ladder match.
During the November 17 episode of AEW Collision, AEW World Tag Team Champions Ricky Starks and Big Bill announced in a backstage segment that their scheduled four-team title match at Full Gear will now be contested as a ladder match.
Starks claimed that after they were given the “unfair” advantage of defending in a four-way bout, Tony Khan allowed them to pick a stipulation. As a result, the champions picked a ladder match because Big Bill will have a short climb due to his height.
As noted, Starks and Bill will defend their gold against former champions FTR, LFI’s RUSH and Dralistico, and House of Black’s Malakai Black and Brody King.
Below is the updated lineup for Full Gear:
- AEW World Championship: MJF (c) vs. Jay White
- AEW Women’s World Championship: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Toni Storm
- AEW International Championship: Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Jon Moxley
- AEW World Tag Team Championship Ladder Match: Ricky Starks & Big Bill (c) vs. FTR vs. LFI vs. House of Black
