The NXT Tag Team Championship changed hands on the November 14 episode of WWE NXT.
In the opening match, Chase U (Andre Chase and Duke Hudson) defended the titles against Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo. Over the past few days, Chase U has been embroiled on a mysterious scandal, and it was evident that the controversy played into the match. Chase didn’t fully have his head in the game, as members of the Chase U Student Section walked out throughout the bout.
In the end, D’Angelo and Lorenzo scored the win and won the titles.
Chase and Hudson previously beat D’Angelo and Lorenzo to win the championships on the October 24 episode of WWE NXT. D’Angelo and Lorenzo had won the gold at NXT Great American Bash in July.
