Jon Moxley takes a shot at David Finlay and the rest of Bullet Club.
At NJPW Lonestar Shootout, Jon Moxley and Wheeler Yuta beat David Finlay and KENTA of Bullet Club.
In a post-match promo NJPW shared on social media, Jon Moxley commented on their victory and sent a message to David Finlay.
“They tried to get the jump on us tonight. Tried to get us before the bell, come out to a big early lead. Tried to run the score up on us before the match even started. That sh*t don’t work against us. We love to swim in the deep water. We only know how to do it the hard way. You know why every incarnation of the Bullet Club ever sucks? Because they try to do it the easy way. They manipulate the referee, the rules, and the situation. They like to swim in easy pussy shallow water. That’s not how we do it.
“At Toyko Dome, at Wrestle Kingdom, I will be in very, very deep water, I know that. Stepping into Will Ospreay’s house, against one of the best wrestlers that I’ve ever seen in my entire life at the peak of his powers on his home turf, that’s very, very deep water already. On top of that, I got David Finlay, a Young Lion cub all grown up into a big full-grown scary predator. Regardless of who he hangs out with, what kind of t-shirt he wears, who he represents, if he’s got nothing else, he’s got balls. So there’s a lot going against me at Wrestle Kingdom. But Wheeler, you tell the people in Japan how many f**ks I give.”
Wheeler Yuta Hypes Up Blackpool Combat Club
Wheeler Yuta answered Jon Moxley and went on to describe how the Blackpool Combat Club members prepare themselves for the deep water.
“Not a single one. Not a single f**k given,” Wheeler Yuta said. “You know, we’re talking about all this deep water, we’re talking about all the challenges that you try to put in front of us, all the things you try to do, jumping is before the bell, trying to get the oneupsmanship.
“Guess what? There’s nothing you can do to the Blackpool Combat Club that we don’t put ourselves through. We put ourselves in those positions so we know just who the f**k we are when it gets to that deep water.”
Yuta went on to say that he’d fight KENTA any time and any place.
