Report: The Bunny Departs AEW

The Bunny is no longer with AEW.

According to a new report from PWInsider.com, The Bunny (Laura Dennis) has officially left All Elite Wrestling. It was noted that the two sides mutually agreed to part ways.

No additional details surrounding her release are available at this time.

Dennis was also known as Allie in IMPACT Wrestling, and Cherry Bomb on the independent scene. She had been with AEW since March 2019 and wrestled exclusively for them, starting at Fyter Fest in July 2019.

The Bunny did not win any championships in AEW, but she competed in one of the bloodiest and best AEW matches ever at Rampage: New Year’s Smash in 2021. She is also a two-time former TNA/Impact Knockouts Champion.

Speculation about her status started after The Bunny’s profile had been removed from the AEW roster page. It was later noted that Allie had removed references to AEW on her social media accounts. She recently opened a page on OnlyFans, with no mention of AEW.

The Bunny’s last match in AEW was a six-woman tag team match loss on the September 8 episode of AEW Rampage. This match was just her third one of 2023, as she had been out since February with an orbital bone injury.
