Logan Paul captured the United States Championship today by defeating Rey Mysterio at WWE Crown Jewel.
The finish saw Santos Escobar try to get involved and prevent Logan Paul from using brass knuckles…or did he? When Escobar chased off one of Paul’s stooges, he left the knucks on the ring apron for Paul to grab. Paul hit Mysterio with the knockout punch to become champion.

Paul grabs a wrist lock. Arm wringer by Paul. After a series of reversals, Mysterio lands a diving head scissors off the top. Paul rolls out of the ring to avoid a submission attempt from Mysterio. Mysterio hooks the ropes to prevent a leapfrog by Paul. Mysterio mockingly claps for Paul’s athleticism. Paul charges in. Mysterio tries a dive. Paul catches Mysterio and hits a rolling senton. Springboard moonsault by Paul. Mysterio kicks out. Paul works over Mysterio. Paul charges in. Mysterio moves, and Paul hits the ring post hard.
Paul writhes in pain out on the floor. Mysterio lands a dive. Mysterio goes up top and lands a seated senton. Springboard crossbody by Mysterio. Paul kicks out. Mysterio tries a series of pinning combinations, but Paul won’t stay down. Paul gets a near fall after a buckshot lariat. Paul loads up a knockout shot. Mysterio reverses it into a crossface. Paul gets to the ropes to break the hold. Mysterio tries a springboard. Paul catches Mysterio, but he almost spikes Mysterio on the top of his head. Paul lifts Mysterio and lands a powerslam. Avalanche fallaway slam by Paul. Mysterio kicks out. Mysterio trips Paul into the ropes. Paul blocks the 619.
The Finish
Mysterio goes up top. Paul cuts him off. Paul lifts Mysterio in an electric chair on the top rope. Mysterio rolls and sends Paul flying with a sunset bomb off the top. Mysterio lands a code red. One of Paul’s henchmen hands him brass knucks, which get knocked out of Paul’s hands. The henchmen tries to give them back to Paul, but Santos Escobar hops the barricade and grabs them. Escobar chases the man out of the ringside area, but he leaves the knucks on the ring apron. Paul picks them up and eats a 619. Mysterio tries a springboard. Paul obliterates Mysterio with a brass knuckle-covered right hand for the win.
