Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is set to return to the ring.
WWE is coming to the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri, on Saturday, October 14. The arena is advertising a major main event, as Roman Reigns is set to defend his title against Sami Zayn.
Assuming the match proceeds as planned, it will mark Reigns’ first bout since WWE SummerSlam on August 5. There, he defeated Jey Uso to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Reigns appeared on the following episode of WWE SmackDown, but he has been absent ever since.
The card will also feature Seth Rollins defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura. Plus, Cody Rhodes will face The Miz in a Street Fight. Elsewhere on the show, Chad Gable will challenge Gunther for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
Roman Reigns is also advertised for the October 13 episode of WWE SmackDown.
