Tegan Nox is back, as she returned on the September 25 episode of WWE RAW.
During the September 25 episode of WWE RAW, Nox spoke to NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. Lynch asked her why she didn’t answer her open challenge last week. Nox said she was ready, but she let Natalya go first. Lynch then said that after No Mercy, she wants Nox to step up and be the next person that challenges for the title.
Later in the night, Nox went to visit Adam Pearce and asked for a title match, only for Natalya to come in and also demand a match. Pearce told them they could face each other in order to earn a title shot.
In the match, which marked her first bout on RAW since July, Nox ultimately scored the win with the Shiniest Wizard. Becky Lynch watched on from ringside, as she joined the commentary team for the bout.
Later in the show, WWE announced that either Becky Lynch or Tiffany Stratton will defend the NXT Women’s Championship against Tegan Nox on the October 2 episode of WWE RAW. Lynch and Stratton will clash in an Extreme Rules match at NXT No Mercy.
