Jade Cargill is reportedly expected to be at the WWE Performance Center this week.
Following the September 13 taping of AEW Rampage, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that Jade Cargill’s AEW contract was likely up. Per Sapp, she was expected to head to WWE.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Cargill’s contract is believed to have expired. He wrote that, per WWE sources, Cargill is set to be at the WWE Performance Center this week.
Sapp tweeted that when he asked about Cargill’s contract status, it was “heavily implied” that it was up this past Friday, September 15.
Jade Cargill lost the TBS Championship to Kris Statlander at AEW Double or Nothing 2023. She took some time off and returned on the September 9 episode of AEW Collision. Cargill then challenged Statlander for the title on the September 15 episode of AEW Rampage, and Statlander won the bout.
