Kevin Owens is back.
Owens, one-half of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions, had been sidelined with since late July due to an injury. The Judgment Day took him out with an on-screen attack, and the fan-favorite came back with a vengeance.
On the August 21 episode of WWE RAW, Owens returned to back up his partner, Sami Zayn, when The Judgment Day confronted him. Owens’ arrival garnered an electric response from the Quebec crowd.
Owens also made it clear that he intended to compete. He challenged any Judgment Day duo to face him and Zayn later in the show.
The former WWE Universal Champion has not wrestled on WWE TV since the July 17 episode of WWE RAW. Owens returned to the ring in a dark match following the August 18 episode of WWE SmackDown. He then competed at the WWE live events in Canada on August 19 and August 20.
