WWE NXT viewership increased on August 1.
According to Wrestlenomics, 717,000 viewers tuned in on Tuesday; this number is up from last week when 703,000 viewers watched the show.
In the 18-to-49 demographic, NXT scored a 0.23 rating, which is consistent with last week. NXT drew a 0.23 rating in the same demographic on July 18.
This Week’s Episode Of WWE NXT
This week’s show kicked off with Lyra Valkyria defeating Jacy Jane. Elsewhere in the show, it was announced that Dragon Lee will challenge Dominik Mysterio next week for the NXT North American Championship. Lee won’t be alone, however, as WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio will be in his corner.
In the main event, after being attacked in the parking lot by Gallus earlier in the show, Tony D’Angelo and Stacks called on SmackDown Superstar Santos Escobar to help them defeat Gallus in a six-man tag team matchup.
