Could we see the All Elite Wrestling debut of Richard Holliday tonight on AEW Collision?
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), former Major League Wrestling star Richard Holliday was seen backstage earlier today at AEW Collision.
His appearance backstage has been confirmed to Sapp by multiple sources at the venue. But it’s currently unknown if he’s there to appear on camera, negotiate or contract, or simply there to visit friends.
Sapp states that Holliday lives “fairly close” to the site of tonight’s episode of AEW Collision in Hartford, CT. His longtime friend with AEW World Champion MJF is also well known.
Richard Holliday was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in September 2022, effectively ending his run in Major League Wrestling. Major League Wrestling owner Court Bauer confirmed that Holliday’s contract had expired with the company earlier this year on Busted Open.
Is Holliday about to debut for All Elite Wrestling? Or is he simply backstage visiting friends? We’ll find out soon enough.
