Those hoping for a rubber match between Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega at AEW All In might end up disappointed.
Ospreay and Omega have been part of two match-of-the-year contenders this year. But a recent report suggests that a third match won’t be happening anytime soon.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Chris Jericho is being discussed to potentially be Ospreay’s opponent at AEW All In.
Will Don Callis be in Will Ospreay’s corner?
Chris Jericho has recently been involved in a storyline with Don Callis on AEW Dynamite, where Callis is trying to recruit Jericho into his family.
But prior to this, Callis was also associated with Ospreay on camera heading into Forbidden Door. The Invisible Hand was also present at ringside for the majority of the match between Omega and Ospreay.
If Jericho decides to remain with the Jericho Appreciation Society, it appears that Callis would, in fact, be in the IWGP United States Champion’s corner at All In next month.
