This Tuesday (April 11) we will crown a new #1 contender for the WWE NXT Championship in a fatal four-way match and superstar Dragon Lee has been revealed as the first participant in the match.
Carmelo Hayes went on record saying that he wants his opponent to be someone that he has never wrestled before. Dragon Lee won his first NXT TV match last week when he beat Nathan Frazer. Before that, he made his PPV debut at Stand & Deliver in a losing effort in the North American Championship Fatal Five-way match.
Update: WWE also announced that JD McDonagh will compete in the four-way bout.
Whoever wins the #1 contender match this Tuesday will get a match with Carmelo Hayes at NXT Spring Breakkin’ which does not have a specific date yet. The updated card for NXT this week can be seen below.
