Roxanne Perez is back, and she will defend her NXT Women’s Championship in a six-woman ladder match at NXT Stand & Deliver.
During the March 28 episode of WWE NXT, Roxanne Perez confronted Shawn Michaels and revealed she has been cleared to compete three weeks after collapsing following her title defense against Meiko Satomura.
Perez explained that she fainted because of body exhaustion and anxiety, which left Michaels hesitant to let her defend her NXT Women’s Championship in the ladder match at NXT Stand & Deliver. After Perez explained that she has to face her anxiety head on, Michaels ultimately conceded and agreed to let Perez compete on Saturday.
Later in the night, a “Last Chance” triple threat match took place to determine the sixth and final participant in the ladder match. Indi Hartwell outlasted Ivy Nile and Sol Ruca by pinning Nile to earn her spot.
Perez will now defend her title against Hartwell, Zoey Stark, Gigi Dolin, Tiffany Stratton, and Lyra Valkyria.
