WWE NXT star Cora Jade has been absent from television for a number of weeks, and a new report shines some light on the situation.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Jade suffered an “undisclosed injury” nearly two months ago, which is why she has been absent from NXT TV.
Jade has not wrestled since the NXT live event on January 20. Her last match on NXT television was a battle royal on the January 10 episode. It is currently unclear how long she will be out of action.
The former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion had been feuding with Lyra Valkyria prior to her absence.
