Tommy Dreamer wants to settle things with Bully Ray once and for all.
During IMPACT No Surrender on February 24, Bully Ray and Tommy Dreamer met face-to-face for the first-ever live Busted Open interview segment hosted by Dave LaGreca. Ray was allowed to speak first, however he opted to apologize. Dreamer was puzzled, but Ray explained that he watched the recent nWo documentary and saw how emotional Kevin Nash was speaking about the late Scott Hall.
Bully said he and Dreamer have always had a tight bond and thought about what it would be like if one of them passed away. He didn’t need a handshake or hug, and Dreamer certainly wasn’t going to give him one. Dreamer suggested they go separate ways, but Bully wasn’t going to accept that. Bully threw a cup of coffee in Dreamer’s eyes and left LaGreca laid out too before he walked away.
Later, Dreamer issued a challenge to face Bully in the first-ever Busted Open match. He stated that, due to Ray’s actions, he’d be happy to remind him what “The Innovator of Violence” is all about.
