Jai Vidal speaks about his goals in IMPACT Wrestling.
Jai Vidal is the first openly gay wrestler in IMPACT Wrestling, and alongside Gisele Shaw, he is hoping to start picking up some gold in IMPACT.
Speaking on Women’s Wrestling Talk, Vidal announced that one of his goals is to make sure that Shaw becomes the IMPACT Knockouts Champion.
“Well, first and foremost, I want to do my part in helping Gisele Shaw win the World Knockouts Championship because she’s gonna win it, period. She’s gonna win it. She could do it without me. But I know that with me by her side, hopefully, it would help her get there quicker,” Vidal said.

As for himself, Vidal has his sights set on the championship belt that defines no limits, the X-Division Title.
“For me, personally, for Jai Vidal, the X Division Championship is something that I’ve always wanted to hold since I was a kid,” said Jai. “I always knew I was going to be a professional wrestler, and being introduced to IMPACT Wrestling. I was always so in love with X-Division because I saw them, and I said, if they could do it, I could do it. These are guys who remind me of myself for my size, who do the style of wrestling which always entertained me, that high-flying style. So the X-Division Championship is definitely a big goal for me.”
Up next for Gisele, she will face Deonna Purrazzo at IMPACT No Surrender.
