Mayra Dias Gomes (May Valentine) compliments Aron Stevens.
In recent years, Valentine has worked as an on-screen personality and interviewer for the NWA. She has also formed a storyline relationship with Stevens, which will reach a new high when they get married on the live episode of NWA Powerrr on January 31.
In an interview with Scott Mitchell of PWMania.com, Valentine discussed working with NWA and looked ahead to the company’s upcoming shows. She praised her on-screen fiance and spoke highly of his abilities as a performer.
“He’s great,” Valentine said. “I love him. He’s such a good actor, he’s funny, and he’s just so cool to be around. He’s a great person.”
Valentine also recalled how Stevens helped her earlier in her career, as he was supportive at a time when she was “super insecure” because she was just starting out.
“I barely knew him at the time,” Valentine said. “I remember he was one of the first people who helped me in my scene. I remember coming out on the stage, being super insecure, and Aron supporting me. I was always super grateful for him treating me with such respect even though I was a newcomer. He’s a great person.”
