1/23 WWE RAW Draws Over Two Million Viewers, Demo Also Up

WWE RAW viewership increased on January 23 with the “RAW is XXX” special.

Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 2.344 million viewers watched the show on Monday, which marks a huge increase from last week (1.489 million viewers).

In the 18 to 49 demographic, RAW scored a 0.70 rating, which is up from last week (0.42 rating in the same demographic).

According to Showbuzz Daily, RAW ranked #1 overall in the demographic on Monday night, and it was the most-viewed episode since February 2020. The demographic raitng was the show’s highest since the RAW after WrestleMania in 2020.

The hourly breakdown, courtesy of Showbuzz Daily, is as follows:

First hour: 2.635 million viewers, 0.80 in the 18 to 49 demographic

Second hour: 2.373 million viewers, 0.69 in the 18 to 49 demographic

Third hour: 2.024 million viewers, 0.60 in the 18 to 49 demographic

This week’s episode opened with the Trial of Sami Zayn. The Honorary Uce was given the verdict of Not Guilty by Roman Reigns with the caveat that he’s not guilty for now. In the main event, Austin Theory defeated Bobby Lashley in a no-disqualification match to retain his United States Championship, thanks to an assist from Brock Lesnar.
