The field is set for WWE NXT‘s first Iron Survivor Challenge matches.
The December 6 episode of NXT served as the go-home show to NXT Deadline and featured two triple threat wild card matches. Each bout determined the final participants for the men’s and women’s 25-minute Iron Survivor Challenge matches that will debut on Saturday.
On the men’s side, Axiom defeated Von Wagner and Andre Chase to secure his spot in the match. Later on, Indi Hartwell outlasted Fallon Henley and Wendy Choo to qualify for the five-woman bout. The winners of the Iron Survivor Challenges will earn title shots in their respective divisions.

- NXT Championship: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Apollo Crews
- NXT Tag Team Championship: Pretty Deadly (c) vs. New Day

- Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge: Cora Jade vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Zoey Stark vs. Kiana James vs. Indi Hartwell
