Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) have thrown down the gauntlet for a three-way match at NJPW Rumble on 44th Street.
In a tweet, New Japan Pro-Wrestling shared a clip of the STRONG Openweight Tag Team Champions accepting a previous challenge from Kevin Knight and The DKC. But they upped the ante by noting that The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) deserve a shot at the gold because they beat the champions on IMPACT Wrestling in August. For this reason, they pitched a three-way bout for the titles at NJPW’s event in New York City on October 28.
