WWE SmackDown viewership increased on September 9.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 2.367 million viewers watched the show, which is up from last week, when 2.077 million viewers tuned in.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.57 rating, which is notably up from the previous week (0.49 rating). Thurston noted that SmackDown ranked #2 in the demographic on Friday night.
According to Thurston, SmackDown drew its highest total viewership since June 17 on Friday night. The show’s demographic rating also marked SmackDown’s highest number since July 22.

This week’s episode kicked off with six-man tag team battle between Imperium and the Brawling Brutes. In the main event, Drew McIntyre faced Solo Sikoa. Elsewhere on the show, Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah battled Toxic Attraction, and Ronda Rousey competed in a Fatal Five-Way match.
