The AEW All Out card continues to take shape.
After Toni Storm defeated KiLynn King on the August 17 edition of AEW Dynamite, it was officially announced that Storm will challenge Thunder Rosa for the AEW Women’s World Championship at All Out.
The two initially clashed at Forbidden Door in June, where Rosa retained. In the weeks since, Rosa and Toni formed “ThunderStorm” to compete in a number of tag team matches on Dynamite and Rampage. During that time, Storm worked her way back up the rankings to become Rosa’s number one contender.
