Dwight Howard wants to join WWE.
NBA Champion Dwight Howard made a surprise appearance at today’s WWE SummerSlam tryout in Nashville. Los Angeles Times reporter Arash Markazi captured a brief video of Howard’s appearance where he cut a promo on the tryout’s attendees.
Markazi also noted that Howard spent about five hours at the tryout. During that time, he met Triple H, cut promos with other attendees, and learned how to properly take a bump. Dwight Howard reportedly wants to join WWE one day and noted that he will be in the front row at SummerSlam on Saturday.
The 36-year-old currently plays for the Los Angeles Lakers. Howard has been a WWE fan for some time and was notably present at a SmackDown taping in 2015.
