Fresh off of his shocking win at Money in the Bank, Theory announced that he’ll be coming back for the WWE United States Championship at WWE SummerSlam.
To open up tonight’s episode of WWE Raw, Theory interrupted Bobby Lashley‘s coronation as the champion by coming out and saying that no one cared about the superstar or his victory. Flaunting his Money in the Bank briefcase, Theory said that the only person being talked about right now is him, the youngest winner in the history of the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Despite Lashley’s triumph over Theory at WWE Money in the Bank, the young star laid out his plan. He said that he would get his title rematch at SummerSlam, and then proceed to cash in on whoever wins the Last Man Standing Match at the PLE. Theory then attempted to attack Lashley, but was promptly shut down with a massive spinebuster. Lashly then tried to hit Theory with a nasty Spear, but the former champion quicky rolled out of the ring and ran away.
Later in the show, WWE confirmed the rematch for SummerSlam.
