Big E threw his neck brace away in a video he posted to his Instagram story. The former WWE Champion has been out of action since he suffered a broken neck on the March 11 episode of WWE SmackDown; due to an awkward landing on a belly-to-belly suplex, he fractured his C1 and C6 vertebrae. Despite the injury, he did not require surgery, but he has been wearing a neck brace as part of his recovery.
In an update, he can be seem throwing his neck brace in the trash in a video on his Instagram story.

Big E has made it clear that doctors told him that the injury could have been much worse. He has also emphasized his appreciation for everyone’s support throughout his recovery.
