This weekned is IMPACT Under Siege and two big names appear to not be in attendance for the event or the upcoming tapings. Fightful Select is reporting that Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green are not in Kentucky for the tapings as they are still on vacation. Cardona and Green were both active adversaries against W. Morrissey in the big man’s table match on the 5/5 IMPACT. Morrissey was facing Brian Myers when both Cardona and Green came out aid Myers in his offense. It was Cardona who paid the piper as he took an assisted powerbomb from Jordynne Grace and Morrissey through the cornered table. Later on, Cardona appeared to be setting up a feud between he and Rich Swann.
Speaking of Swann, his partner Willie Mack’s contract with IMPACT has expired and the former X-Division Champion is accepting indie bookings. Both he and JONAH are reportedly done with the promotion for now.
