WWE continues to be adamant that their talent’s real names do not carryover to their ring names and two recent changes have contributed to that goal.
NXT Superstar Kacy Catanzaro will now be called Katana Chance as per the latest report from PWInsider. Similarly, Kay Lee Ray will now be going as Alba Fyre. She recently competed in a women’s championship match at NXT Stand & Deliver.
This further contributes to recent changes made including changing Raul Mendoza to Cruz Del Toro along with changing Raquel Gonzalez to Raquel Rodriguez.
What do you think about WWE not allowing superstars to use their real names? Do you think it is a smart business decision or a stupid move that isn’t necessary? Let us know in the comments below.
