Natalya made an unannounced appearance on the April 12 episode of WWE NXT 2.0.
The former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion had tears in her eyes as she interrupted Cora Jade, who had just mentioned the veteran as one of the women she idolized when she was growing up. Jade was clearly starstruck at the SmackDown star’s appearance, and live crowd loudly cheered as Natalya made her way down to the ring. Jade continued to speak about her immense fandom of the renowned superstar.
She then brought up the moment where Natalya pointed at her during a SmackDown show in Hammond, IN and Jade sent her a direct message on Twitter. Natalya said she remembered that moment, and she also praised Jade’s passion for wrestling.

“The Queen of Harts” proceeded to speak about the future of NXT and the women’s division. But Natalya suddenly had a change of heart, as she slapped Jade and locked her in a Sharpshooter.

The former champion walked away, and she went on to warn the women’s locker room that “The BOAT” had put them on notice. She then agreed to face Tatum Paxley in a singles match on the April 19 episode.
