Former WWE Superstar Gangrel made his MLW return on Thursday’s new episode of MLW Fusion.
Gangrel faced off with Gnarls Garvin on the show, and the match marks the first time fans have seen Gangrel in Major League Wrestling since MLW War Games in September 2018, when he lost a match against Simon Gotch.
The finish of the match saw Gangrel avoid a top rope splash and then hit an Impaler DDT on Garvin for the win.
Gangrel hasn’t been seen in the national spotlight lately but has been running his own wrestling school in Pompano Beach, Florida. It was recently revealed that he’s currently training new All Elite Wrestling signee Paige VanZant.
