Kevin Owens knows that 3:16 Day is quickly approaching.
WWE star Kevin Owens is ready to clash with ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin on the grandest stage of them all in their “confrontation” at WrestleMania 38, but it seems as if Owens has something in store before the two meet in Dallas.
Owens recently spoke with Abe Kanan and delved into his date with Austin at WrestleMania 38, then teased something else happening on March 16, a date that’s important to Austin and his infamous “3:16” promo. Kanan asked if Owens considered doing something biblical as well, but said fans might have a better idea of where his head is at on Wednesday.
“I haven’t considered doing anything too intricate because, to be honest, I’m not a big bible guy. There might be something coming in the next few days that people will be able to take a look at,” Owens explained, “and you might be able to see where my mind’s at as far as that’s concerned. I won’t say more than that but it’s March 16th pretty soon, which happens to be ‘3:16’, so maybe there’s something there for me to make a bit of a statement.”
Austin is set to release his new Broken Skull American Lager nationwide on March 16, but fans will have to wait and see what Owens has in store for the occasion.
