Erick Redbeard Returns To AEW, Six-Man Tag Set For AEW Revolution Buy-In

Erick Redbeard made his surprising return to All Elite Wrestling on the March 4 episode of AEW Rampage.

Accompanied by PAC and Penta Oscuro (Penta El Zero Miedo), Alex Abrahantes delivered a heated message on Friday night. The duo has been feuding with the House of Black for several weeks, but the two men have been outnumbered due to the absence of Rey Fenix, who is out with an injury. Abrahantes made it clear that Penta and PAC wanted revenge, so he threw down the gauntlet for a showdown.

Black, Buddy Matthews, and Brody King responded with a promo via the video screen by noting that the “House” always wins. The lights subsequently went out, and the trio appeared on the ring apron when they came back on. Before a fight could break out, Abrahantes noted that Death Triangle’s three men weren’t necessarily in the ring, as he stated that they had a “monster” of their own. Erick Redbeard, formerly known as Erick Rowan in WWE, charged to the ring and attacked security guards after he send the House of Black running.

AEW subsequently announced that Redbeard, PAC, and Penta will face Black, Mathews, and King on the Buy-In portion of AEW Revolution.

Redbeard previously appeared on the special “Brodie Lee Celebration of Life” episode of AEW Dynamite on December 30, 2020.
