Kendrick has been a producer and a coach in recent years for WWE; he hasn’t wrestled for the promotion since 2020. According to multiple reports, he reportedly requested his release several weeks ago, and the company gave it to him. As a wrestler, he won the Cruiserweight Championship once, and he was a two-time tag team champion during his time with the company.
Moxley recently made his return from a lengthy absence after he entered an alcohol treatment program in November. He has been undefeated in his two matches since he came back.
