John Cena‘s Peacemaker is not a fan of being overshadowed by other DC superheroes.
John Cena is featured in a new clip (seen below) for his Peacemaker series that is set to debut on HBO Max. The clip features Cena speaking with a custodian named Jamil (Rizwan Manji) about his stay in the hospital. During the funny exchange, Jamil makes small talk about why he’s in the hospital and rebuffs Peacemaker’s claims that he’s a well-known superhero.
The clip, which originated on the show’s website, PeacemakerIsComing.com, also revealed that a new trailer is set to debut on December 3. The site featured the hospital clip along with the caption “TRAILER 12/3. CLEAR YOUR F#CKING CALENDARS.”
Peacemaker is set to debut on HBO Max on January 13, 2022. Watch the new clip below:

An extended trailer released in October saw John Cena’s character mocked for his pet eagle’s name and showed what fans can expect from the series when it premieres. In related movie news, John Cena was also recently announced as joining the cast of the upcoming political thriller The Independent, which follows the story of “the final weeks of the most consequential presidential election in history.”
