Christopher Daniels will be at the upcoming taping of NJPW STRONG‘s “Nemesis” taping on December 9.
The announcement was made by NJPW over on their global Twitter account, with Daniels confirmed to be returning to NJPW competition for the first time in over three years. It’s currently unclear who Daniels will face at the taping, but Jay White hinted at his interest; he tweeted the news announcing Daniels’ return and simply wrote, “Splendid.”

Daniels is currently the head of talent relations at All Elite Wrestling, and during his in-ring career there, he previously enjoyed a successful partnership with Frankie Kazarian as as SCU. Unfortunately, the duo lost an AEW World Tag Team Championship match against The Young Bucks earlier this year, and due to a stipulation in the match, they can’t team up together anymore.
Daniels recently returned to the ring for IMPACT Wrestling, and he’s been active on the independent scene. As a renowned veteran so his appearance at an NJPW event is likely to draw some big excitement amongst fans. Tickets for NJPW Strong Nemesis are available now, with the event set to take place at The Vermont Hollywood venue in Los Angeles, California on December 9, 2021.
