Adam Cole And Bobby Fish Have An ‘Undisputed’ Reunion On AEW Dynamite

Bobby Fish shockingly attacked Jungle Boy on the November 10 episode of AEW Dynamite. Shortly after the assault, Fish officially joined forces with his former Undisputed Era stablemate Adam Cole.

Following Jungle Boy’s victory over Anthony Bowens on Wednesday, Fish quickly slid into the ring and started attacking Jungle Boy. Fish landed a series of knees on the fan-favorite and dropped him with a suplex. Christian Cage and Luchasaurus were quick to get into the ring and make the save, but the damage was already.

In a backstage segment shortly after the assault, Cole was backstage talking to the Young Bucks. He then introduced them to Fish with a smile; “The Panama City Playboy” even referenced that he has a lot of history with Fish, which was a clear nod to their time together in NXT.

The Young Bucks responded by saying they knew who Fish was, and while it may be the “era” of the Elite, if Cole vouches for someone and says they’re “cool,” then they’re cool. Cole then floated the idea to Fish that he could take on Jungle Boy on Friday’s episode of Rampage. The former NXT Champion made it clear that he wants Fish to soften Jungle Boy up ahead of AEW Full Gear, where Cole and the Young Bucks will face Cage and Jurassic Express in a Falls Count Anywhere Trios Match.

During their run on the black-and-gold brand, Fish and Cole, alongside Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly, practically ruled over NXT by holding all the gold on the brand at different points. The group had a dominant stretch from its formation in 2017 to its downfall in 2021. Cole left WWE in August and debuted at AEW Full Gear in September, whereas Fish was released on August 6 before he arrrived in AEW on October 6.
