Carmella and Queen Zelina Vega took on the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Super Brutality — Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley — this week on WWE RAW, and they earned a shot at the belts by coming up with a big win.
In a tag team match against the reigning champions, Carmella and Vega were looking for an upset win, and they fought hard from the start to achieve it. Things looked iffy for the pair late in the match, though, as Ripley was able to pull Carmella out of the ring, but “The Most Beautiful Woman in WWE” slipped away and slammed her into the barricade.
Back in the ring, Vega ultimately hit her finisher on WWE’s resident “Almost a Superhero” and put her down for the count Now, the challengers will have a shot at the titles in the future, and they’ll will have to find a way to recreate their success against the formidable duo of Ripley and A.S.H.
