It’s time for some “Cowboy S***”, as “Hangman” Adam Page returned on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
Page was revealed as the mystery entrant, named “The Joker”, in the Casino Ladder Match. Like the other competitors, Page threw everything he had into the bout; in one noteworthy highlight, he took PAC out with a Deadeye off a ladder, sending both men through a table.
In the end, “Hangman” emerged victorious to close the Second Anniversary edition of AEW Dynamite. In doing so, he finally earned a world title shot against his nemesis, Kenny Omega.
PAC, Andrade El Idolo, Matt Hardy, Orange Cassidy, Lance Archer and Jon Moxley were the other competitiors in the bout. In one early highlight, Andrade floored PAC with a sunset flip powerbomb off the ladder.

Page was the final entrant, and the Philadelphia crowd gave him a hero’s welcome. Practically every fan was on their feet when “Hangman” unhooked the casino chip to win the match.

Page had been absent since early August, shortly after he and Dark Order lost to The Elite at AEW Dynamite: Fight For The Fallen Night Two, due to then-looming birth of his child.
