NXT’s viewership continues to struggle, and it dropped for the second week in a row on June 29.
The Sports Business Journal’s John Ourand reports that 636,000 viewers watched this week’s show, a notable decrease from the 665,000 viewers who watched the show on June 22. Samoa Joe’s return on June 15 produced a temporary increase, as the June 15 episode drew 695,000 viewers.
The demographic rating is not currently available.
The June 29 episode featured a main event title match in which Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott defeated Bronson Reed for the NXT North American Championship. In another memorable segment, Adam Cole verbally faced off with Kyle O’Reilly ahead of their match at NXT Great American Bash.
