A former WWF Tag-Team Champion made his surprise return to the ring this past weekend.
Henry O. Godwinn made his return to professional wrestling this past weekend at IWC Reloaded.
The 57-year old won the WWF Tag-Team Championships alongside Phineas I. Godwinn in 1996 but was forced to retire on multiple occasions in 1997 and 1998 due to several C7 vertebrae injuries. He was medically cleared for a return in 2006, where he re-signed with WWE briefly before being released from a developmental deal in May 2007, which was the last in-ring run of his career. Godwinn would appear at WWE Survivor Series 2020 as part of The Undertaker’s retirement ceremony as an homage to both men’s brief stints in the Bone Street Krew.
