“MSKolossal” are still the champions coming out of WWE NXT TakeOver: In Your House
At the pay-per-view on Sunday, Bronson Reed and MSK successfully defended their respective titles in a winner take all six-man tag team match against Legado del Fantasma. The NXT Tag Team Champions exchanged high-flying offense with Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde throughout the bout. Escobar avoided in-ring action with Reed at first, so the big man overpowered Mendoza. The former NXT Cruiserweight Champion didn’t fare much better when he finally stepped into the ring.
MSK double-teamed Wilde, and Reed crushed him with a running senton. A few minutes later, Nash Lee, Wes Carter, Mendoza and Wilde separately dove to the outside before Reed dove onto everyone. But Escobar took control by grounding Lee, and he earned a two count with a super hurriancanra. Legado del Fantasma ganged up on Lee.

Eventually, Reed tagged in and cleared house. But a cheap shot allowed Escobar to derail Reed’s momentum before Carter tagged in. Lee saved the match by breaking up a pinfall attempt after Wilde and Mendoza double-teamed Carter. Reed then splashed Escobar through the barricade. In the end, Reed pinned Mendoza after a diving splash to win the match.
