MJF stated that he should be referred to as the greatest of all time, so fans should bow to him and The Pinnacle after their massive win last week. MJF went on to say that he’s a benevolent king, and he asked whether the fans would like to see The Inner Circle get a rematch. While everyone seemed to want one, MJF quickly said it wouldn’t be happening.
But the Inner Circle wasn’t ready to give up after they initially requested a second match earlier in the show. The group surprised the Pinnacle, but MJF wasn’t intimidated. After he said that Chris Jericho would never show his face, Jericho showed up on screen, his arm in a brace. The former champion repeated his request for a rematch, and MJF shot it down again. But the Inner Circle a surprise for the Pinnacle in the form of Sammy Guevara. After Jericho yelled for Sammy to “get them”, Guevara opened fire with a champagne cannon, soaking the group in the ring and sending some members running.
Subsequently, a visibly angry MJF said that if Jericho wanted a rematch, he could have get one, and it will be a Stadium Stampede at Double or Nothing. But he added the stipulation that if the Pinnacle wins, the Inner Circle will have to break up forever. Jericho didn’t respond, and the match hasn’t been confirmed yet.
