Bandido and CMLL have mutually agreed to part ways.
The popular masked wrestler returned to the promotion in 2019 after he had a brief run in CMLL. Bandido has competed all over the wrestling industry, and he currently stars in Ring of Honor, among other promotions. He is the current PWG World Champion.
Here’s the translation of the announcement, courtesy of Carlos Toro of Fightful:
“The Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre informs that, through a common agreement and in interest for both parties, El Bandido is no longer a part of this organization as of today.
CMLL wishes him the best in his future.”
